Rampart

The Rampart is engineered as a secondary backup system to primary downhole flapper valves. Designed specifically for demanding snubbing operations, the Rampart protects internal flappers from excessive cycling and premature wear caused by constant pressure fluctuations.

By guarding the primary flapper valves, the Rampart helps extend tool life, improve operational reliability, and reduce costly downtime.

In the event of lower flapper valve failure while downhole, a drop ball can be deployed from surface to activate a fresh set of internal valves. This redundant sealing system enables a controlled barrier and allows for a safe trip out of the hole.
